You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you are under the age required to consent to digital services where you live, a parent or lawful guardian must authorise and supervise your use. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your login secure.

Bharat Guru provides spiritual, devotional, astrological, reflective, and general wellbeing content. Daily energy, Kundli, palm readings, remedies, mantras, and Ask Guruji responses are offered for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not guaranteed predictions or statements of fact.

The service is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice. Do not delay emergency help or professional care because of content in Bharat Guru. You remain responsible for your choices and actions.

You may create optional profiles for family members or loved ones only when you have their consent or other lawful authority. You are responsible for the information you submit, including birth details and palm photos, and for ensuring that it does not violate another person’s privacy or rights.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel through the app store, payment provider, or account channel used to purchase.

Fees may include applicable taxes. Features and prices may change prospectively, with notice where required. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse a completed charge; refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse Bharat Guru. You must not:

• Upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to bypass security, access another account, scrape the service, disrupt operations, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service.
• Present generated guidance as guaranteed professional advice or use it to make high-risk decisions for another person.

Bharat Guru, its branding, design, software, text, illustrations, and original content are owned by or licensed to SliceVista Technologies Private Limited. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You retain rights in content you submit and permit us to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We work to keep Bharat Guru accurate and available, but the service may occasionally be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted access, specific spiritual outcomes, or error-free predictions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are breached, the service is misused, payment fails, or action is needed to protect users or the platform. You may stop using Bharat Guru at any time. We may revise these terms and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
