Bharat Guru is a spiritual and mental wellbeing service owned and operated by SliceVista Technologies Private Limited. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our website, browser experience, or mobile application.

We collect information you provide and limited technical information needed to operate the service. Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Your name, email address, language preference, and account details.
• Date, exact time, and place of birth for personalised energy guidance, Kundli, and related readings.
• Optional profiles and birth details you add for family members or other loved ones. You should add another person only when you are authorised to provide their information.
• Palm photographs and questions submitted to Ask Guruji, including the context needed to answer them.
• Subscription, transaction status, device, browser, diagnostic, and usage information. Payment card or banking details are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider and are not stored by Bharat Guru.

We use information to create and secure accounts, personalise daily guidance, generate Kundli and palm readings, answer Ask Guruji questions, maintain family profiles, process subscription access, provide support, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and comply with law.

Spiritual readings and guidance may be generated using automated systems. Information you submit may be processed to produce those responses, but it is not used to make legally significant decisions about you.

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum information necessary with trusted providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, communications, artificial-intelligence processing, and payments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or in connection with a corporate restructuring, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Palm photos and generated reports may be retained with your profile so you can access them again.

You may review or update profile details in the app, remove optional family profiles, and stop providing optional information. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information where applicable. Some records may be retained where law or legitimate security and accounting needs require it.

You can control notifications through your device settings and cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.

Bharat Guru is not directed to children who independently create accounts. A parent or lawful guardian may create and manage a child’s optional family profile. The account holder is responsible for having appropriate authority and for using the information in the child’s best interests.

We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
